The President and board of directors of the Renaissance Society of the University of Chicago announce an exhibition of paintings by two graduates of the University of Chicago who have attained recognition here and elsewhere:

**Rainey Bennett and John Pratt ** Mr. Bennett was graduated from the University of Chicago in 1929, since then he has been represented in a number of traveling exhibitions and since 1936. He has had one-man shows at the Delphic Studios in Philadelphia and has a current show at the Downtown Gallery in New York City.

Mr. Pratt was graduated from the University of Chicago in 1933 and is represented in the current international water color show at the Chicago Art Institute. He had his first one-man show at Increase Robinson’s Gallery in 1933, and a number of exhibitions at the Roullier Galleries since. He appeared last year at the Renaissance Society in an exhibition with Charles Sebree, and had a one-man show at the Arden Galleries, New York, last November. He recently received the annual award of distinctive merit from the Advertising Art Directors Club of New York.

May 10 to May 30, open daily, including Sunday, from two until five.
