From the exhibition announcement:
Victor Carvacho, of Santiago, Chile, is on his first vist to the United States as a member of the International Teacher Education Progam. In Santiago he is a teacher of art, a newspaper art critic, and head of the Art Exhibition Section in the Ministry of Education.
